Interesting.

Today, what Miss Kaur told us that we were journalists for today.  She will be Mr Khaw, and we will be the journalists taking down notes.  The notes that I took down was used in my article.  Here's the article that I drafted up.

A 22 year old, female, has been infected with H1N1.  The patient, is now being treated at the Communicable Disease Centre, at Tan Tock Seng Hospital.  She is currently in a stable condition.

The 22 year old is a Singaporean woman who was in New York from May 14-24.  She arrived back in Singapore on SQ25 on 26 May, at 6.30 am.  She was seated at row 55.

She began to develop cough while on board.  She passed the thermal scanner as she did not have a fever back then.

Not long after, she consulted a GP who decided to send her to Tan Tock Seng Hospital.  She was immediately admitted for testing.  Laboratory confirmation of the flu was made by midnight, 26 May.

The patient was very vigilant in monitoring her own condition and asked for the doctor for immediate medical action the moment she wasn't feeling well.

Her GP, through his quick response, activated the 933 ambulance for his patient, so as to help minimize the spread of infection.  The Health Ministry says it has been trying to trace her close contacts.  They will be quarantined and provided with antiviral prophylaxis.

Passengers who had travelled in the same flight and were seated from row 52 to 58 called the hotline to enable the MOH to check on their health condition.

Singapore encourages medical practitioners and healthcare insitutions should continue to be alert to the H1N1 virus.  Singapore will continue with temperature screening for passengers entering Singapore.

So, how is the article? Rate and give your comments please :D If you think it is bad, give me reasonable comments.  I will think about it.

My piano books are piling up.  Well, that's what happen when you learn piano duhs.

Nothing much more to say.

Time to get lost.
