Sick or not feeling well?

for some reason, I do not know why I feel hot and cold.

I do not really want to have Physical Education tomorrow.

my stomach always somehow feels empty, and I feel like eating.

nowadays, I may be happy on th outside, but on th inside, i somehow feel worried.
