mini baby snake

lol, I went to my uncle's house for BBQ yesterday.
while I was on th phone, I saw this black colour thing moving.
I thought it was just a worm, but again, I think it looks like a snake.
so I called my bro, & he said it was poisonous, & it could bite.
Then lastly I told cousin-in-law.
he said he was going to take it & throw it away, but unfortunately,
unsuccessful.
then, it was at th staircase not moving.
** but not long after, it started moving again.
